Mollie E. O’Brien — Associate

Mollie O'Brien joined Nolan Law Group in September 2005 after graduating from DePaul College of Law. While in law school, she worked with the American Medical Association Council on Ethics and Judicial Affairs and served as a law clerk to Margaret Lee Herbert, Chief Administrative Judge for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Chicago. At Nolan Law Group, she concentrates on litigating aviation cases and handling appellate matters. Most recently, she reversed a Kansas state court's decision to dismiss a wrongful death complaint in the case, Dye et al. v. Wesley Medical Center 172 P.3d 49 (Kan.App. 2007) brought before the Court of Appeals of Kansas.
